Any idea why my surface isn't displaying?

See attached at link above. I have a surface named "Proposed" and I can't figure out why it isn't displaying. All of the layers used by the display style are on and thawed. The surface has properties and I can do a waterdrop analysis and the waterdrops appear to follow the correct paths, so it seems that the surface is actually "there" but just not displaying. Usually I am able to view the surface's contours and select the surface by clicking on the contours, but no contours are showing. Any suggestions?

Type DISPLAY , THEN SETS , then on the left, expand "Sets" ,then click "Work Plan", then on the right, right click on the column header "General" and choose "Select all".. then hit okay.

You're the man. I also had to click "Work_Model" and select all under General to get the surface to display in the "Object Viewer."
