Alignment Data Table Dynamic Updating

Have a base file with Alignment objects. Shortcutted these alignments into separate files.

created tables in these separate files. When the base file is renamed and the separate files

are opened, a synchronization is needed.  Synchronization is performed and alignment objects

are located and everything seems dandy. Only problem is that alignment tags are gone and

alignment data tables are there but empty.  Any suggestions as to where things are going

wrong.
