When attempting to attach WMS data, Map Task Pane>Display Manager Tab>Data>Data Connect dialog>Data Connections by provider.
After entering the server name or URL and choosing "connect" I get the following errors:
"Failed to open FDO connection"
"The HTTP request URI was not found by the server"
It seems to work just fine for other users using the same steps.

Thanks for the reply, the address is
http://geoint.lmic.state.mn.us/cgi-bin/wms?
That URL seems a little short - maybe double-check the origin?
Just verified in Gaia3, that WMS address is alive and kicking:
if it works for you too, I fear your Autocad lacks something...
I was able to bring it into Microstation V8i (which leads me to believe it's on the AutoCad C3d side of things too).
Have any ideas where to start looking for the culprit?
(I can easily find the usual one from across the keyboard)
Nope, I'm sorry, J: I use opensource Gis to grab WMS tiles in Geotiff format.
Thank you for verifying the url works!
Finally success! As it turns out the location I was copying url from (an in house pdf for) has something it doesn't like because when I copy url posted here and paste into server name or URL box it's working as expected.
Thanks again.
