I know how to add distance and bearing to a line segment that is not a parcel. Is there a way to Add a general segment label in the clockwise rotation rather than having to reverse label each time. I have seen a command for addparcelsegmentlabels and set it to clockwise or counter clockwise.
It appears that the label added is dependent upon the direction that the
line was drawn.

I was afraid of that. Thats the understanding that i arrived at. I do wonder if there is a work around or if I am going to have to reverse labels when needed.
