Activiation Code - Computer Crash and now can not get to work on New Computer

I had my computer crash on me but was able to transfer all files onto a new computer.

AutoCAD 2013 will not run now on the new computer.

We tried to reinstall and got an error.

Always reads an error when inputting serial number and we know 100% that it is correct.

It talks about potentially needing a reactivitation code however I cannot seem to be able to get that.

In order to get a reactiviation code you need to input a serial number which then reads an error.

Any ideas?
