Acquiring the (x, y, z) points of an alignment,

Acquiring the (x, y, z) points of an alignment,

This is the second time I’m highlighting this issue. I couldn’t acquire the points of the alignment shown in the curve below

The issue here is that the C3D does take the “starting station” as station point but it doesn’t take the “ending station” as station point and thus doesn’t proceed

What might be the problem here? How to let the C3D take the “ending station” as station point but not as coordinates point? Also it doesn’t accept clicking the end point to take it!!! This is a very weird behavior!

Thank you

Best

Jamal

Are you entering the end station or hitting enter to accept it as the default?

Thanks Allen,

I type the number 185.25 then I press enter.

Is this what I should do?

Try just hitting enter. It looks from your screen shot like that will be the default. I don't have the program available right now to test it. It's also possible that you can enter it as 0+185.25. C3D isn't always consistent about how stationing is entered.

Many thanks Allen

Sounds that neither hitting nor typing has an effect! It doesn’t accept to proceed!

What other alternatives should I try?
