Re: About "Accept as Solution".

On the one hand, I see that marking an issue as solved because a usable work-around has been provided will help other users searching for a solution to a similar problem.

However doing so will prevent the email message(s) of which Allen originally posted--which means the OP won't be able to elevate the issue to Adesk to (hopefully) get a better resolution.

If a reply solves your issue, please remember to click on "Accept as Solution". This will help other users looking to solve a similar issue. Thank you.
