AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D 2012 ERROR WHEN CLOSING SOFTWARE

Everytime I close my autocad I get a fatal error. see screen capture attached. can anyone tell me how to fix this?

I've never known this to cause problems in previous version, I'm not on 2012 yet. I usually would ignore it. 

 

To fix in I'd suggest the usual routine. Repair first then reinstall if that doesn't help.
