Do you get the same error if you choose v3.1 and 4? I suspect that if the AGS does not read correctly you are very much on your own in sorting it out although as a workaround there are free tools available that will convert the AGS file into Excel and you can create the GEOL.csv and HOLE.csv files manually (but this isn't ideal)
