selecting the parcel and it's parcel segment at the same time using autolisp?

Hi all,

I am currently working on a rountie that moving the parcels and parcel segments into different layer depending on their style.

but the parcel segments don't have the style information in it's entity list, only the parcel  do.

It's there anyway for me to connect or select the two at the same time while I scarning the whole drawing?
