You are developer .... at least I think so because you want to write some app in dotNET, now imagine one of your customers running your application sends you a message containing

• not working properly
• it show somw kind of error regarding class
• can anyone help to get out of this error

How will you be able to help him with that type of (I say destructive) information?

Our answers would be anything like:

Please imagine I'm not sitting in front of your pc, I don't see what happened, please describe it as detailed as possible so I know what you had as data,  I know what you did/started/clicked + I know what you got as result + ...)
