XML Reporting and IE 10

We upgraded to IE 10 and now our parcel legal description report does not work.  I found that I can edit the .html file created by the report and change this line:

<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">

to:

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" />

After the change, I can open the HTML and the tools work.  The problem that I am having is that I cannot find where this line is generated by the xsl stylesheets.  Does anyone know where this is generated?

Thank you,

Stacy

My guess is that this is hard coded into the LandXML Reporting 8 program's .exe or .dll files. Wouldn't take much to write a dll to change that, not sure if it could be automated so it is transparent to the user though.

I am hoping that is not the case.  Although, have been looking for an excuse to write my own legal writer.

I ended up changing the settings in IE to display all pages in Compatibility view.  This will let the report work.  Not sure what I am giving up in IE doing this though.
