Set Parcel userdefined properties from API

Hi

I am trying to set the value of the exisitng userdefined property "Address" of Parcels using the com method SetUserDefinedPropertyValue but have had not luck. I have looked at the following help sections but that has not helped.

Does anyone have and example code sample they can share.
