How to get Profile Vertical Curve Sag / Crest High and Low Point Stations

Think the subject line covers it but I'm trying to get the sag / crest high and low points of a vertical curve using C#.Net. I've drilled down to the PVIs and get the stations, starting stations, ending stations, etc but don't see option for high/low points.  Any way to get this without iterating through every elevation between the start and end of a vertical curve?

Get the ProfileEntities. The ProfileCircular, ProfileParabolaSymmetrical, & ProfileParabolaAsymetrical entities all have HighLowPointElevation & HighLowPointStation properties.
