Has anyone written a specification for a Civil 3D plugin, I'm not very experienced at this and the sheer size and quantity of possible development documentation is overwhelming. We're trying to simplify interfaces, enhance collaboration and provide a host of default styles for surface analysis and grading design.
Haven't written a specification on how to create an app, but when ever I need to create one I copy the xml file from another Civil 3D app and change the values for my setup. For code creation I usually write what the app needs to do, and the steps I think it needs, and then program based on the list of tasks.
