Borings don't plot - Geotechnical module - civil 3d 2013

I am using civil 3d 2013.
After I generate a profile with borings using the geotechnical module, when I go to plot, the borings don't show up. The layer is on and set to print, but since the borings appear to be integrated with the profile view, I don't know where else to look for the object settings. Any ideas as to what this issue may be?
Additionally, is there a way to change the scale for the text on the profile boring strips?

I presume this is something you want to do using Civil 3D UI tools and in that case, you might get quicker response if you post this question in Civil 3D User group
