no, it's about expiration date of a (borrowed) AutoCAD license, as shown in the "Product License Information" dialogue:

We are implementing a license borrowing mechanism (from a pool of network based lics one shall be checked out and kept on the local system) for our application running on AutoCAD (+ MAP 3D + Civil 3D)-platforms.
The expiration date of AutoCAD would just be nice to know for us (programmatically) so we could offer our customers the same date as a preset value or maybe upper limit for the borrowing period of our app's license, since it wouldn't make much sense borrowing our app's license any longer than that of the underlying CAD platform.
