AutoCAD Civil 3D : Creating Bearing / Distance Table Using Points

Hi: I'm new using Civil 3D 2014. I know how to label a line with bearing and distance. What I would like to do is make a table with these bearings and distances referencing the point numbers. like this:

COURSE       BEARING              DISTANCE     PT#     NORTHING    EASTING
1053-1055 N 89d25'56" W        8.49        1055     67966.60    168121.99
Its a close polyline that represent a parcel land.
Please help.
thanks

You will get more responses in the General Civil 3D forum. Look under the Annotate tab of the Ribbon, on the left hand side is a button to label lines and curves (including polylines). You can then create a table (using the button right next to it) to create the table. Help will have more detailed information.

I do not see any way to include what you call the "course" (start and ending point numbers) in a traditional line tag table. Below are the choices for the what you can include in a table column.  As far as I know, Civil3D does not know/maintain/monitor relationships between line endpoints and cogo points.
