AutoCAD Architecture

Suddenly my keyboard is inserting the wrong characters.  Only in Autocad.  Instead of " I get {,

instead of +, a ?. 

This is in all sessions of acad.  Dimensions are not affected. 

Other programs okay.

Solution was to simply close autocad and restart!.

My keyboard isn't responding to my commands and some letters are broken. i want to work in autocad but it won't open; what shall i do ?thanx

First try to Repair the installation. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall AutoCAD. If your keyboard doesn't work, buy a new one! ~ Mary
