    hi im new here and looking for advise

    hi everyone, i am a photographer and have self taught myself photoshop, i am however looking to start using cad for floorplans and house plans, i was wondering if any one could tell me where to start, or give me some advise on the best things/templates to use? thanks everyone :smileyhappy:

    Here is a link to the last available tutorials for this product (ACA). You might also want to look at the tutorials for plain AutoCAD so you have a better knowledge of the core product. Also, there are a ton of Youtube videos to look at. Books as well, if you learn better that way. Look further down in this forum for a post labeled "autocad dummy" for some other options to learning just AutoCAD.

    Agree with all of Mary's advice.  In adition Aubin's mastering books work you through a basic floor plan, I would advise something like that which will teach you the tools as you are learning the craft.
