AutoCAD Architecture

Im having a problem with autocad architecture 2011, running on windows 7.

I will plot a drawing but it takes about a min for it to print, I can't print anything else from autocad till its done printing.

It does this for printing straight to the printer and to PDF.

Tried moving the drawing off the network and onto my desktop but I still get the problem.

any ideas?

Is this a recent problem, or has it been around for 2-3 years now?

Or is the problem limited to this one file?

It started about 2 months ago and it happens with every file.

What changed 2-months ago?

If nothing as far as you know, have you tried a WIndows Restore back to a month everything worked?

Nothing has changed.

so i should do the windows restore. but no other program is printing slow, just autocad.
