Walls disappear in 2D but not 3D

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with my recent drawing. I'm building a 2 story house on one layer, and I put it all together to see how it looked, because I had made a lot of progression. Then this morning I get on and seperate the 2 different levels, and when I look at it in SE Iso I can see the walls and the windows etc. But when I go to the top view the walls, windows, and doors dissapear and I'm left with electrical. I need help ASAP, it's a class project and my deadline is approaching rapidly. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

It should be simply a matter of your cut plane which unless cutting your walls will not show them.

If you stacked one above the other, no doubt one set of walls is above your present cut plane.

I would suggest the easiest way is the work out what height your second floor is at  and grab the whole lot and move it down that much.  Then it should be back to 0 and should cut properly.

Not everything obeys the cut plane the same way so some things will show up.

I'm having trouble understanding what it is you are trying to do. Do you want both floor plans to show up in 2D at the same time, side by side? I opened your drawing and it seems like that's what you are trying to do since you have them drawn side by side. The problem is your second floor is drawn too high, you need to bring down both the floors to the same elevation. Your cut plane (presently at 3'-6", you can see it on the bottom right corner of the screen) is not cutting through your second floor walls since they are drawn at a higher elevation. You can bring them down by just moving them down in 3d, or change their elevation in their properties. Hope that helps.
