Is there a way to control which of two 'Graphic Property definitions' are used via a formula property with a IF, Then, condition statement?

How is the image getting switched up?

While you can set a default image in the Property Set Definition, you need to assign the image associated with a specific instance (for an object-based PSD) or style (for a style-based PSD).  The Schedule Table will show the image associated with the object(s) on a particular row.
