Property sets and custom AEC blocks in ADT2

I am using ADT 2.
I have created a property set that I would like to attach to a custom AEC block that I have created so that when I drag and drop the block into my drawing and attach it to an object, the property set is already defined within the block, the same way a premade Equipment block is inserted with the premade Equipment property set embedded in it. Any suggestions?
