AutoCAD Architecture

Frecuently my ribbon is in gray and don't function until restart Architecture 2010. It happen when I'm working, no moore than few minutes, and only my ribbon crash. I can work with command line, and the palettes , but don´t with ribbon.

If you type RIBBON, does it come back?

Did you load the old ACA menus? I've had this problem, too. Usually I
can switch to a different workspace and then back.

Sounds lile acad.cuix is loaded with aca.cuix. When both are loaded, mtext
text command causes the ribbon to grey out. Verify if mtext is causing this,
if so, get rid of acad.cuix.

Yes mtext is causing the trouble.
i recall workspace and the ribbon is enable again.
