I've tried to add bump to grass and it always looks terrible. Maybe because
the bump doesn't below to the grass map.
Your's whilst not up to vray displacement std looks ok.

ok so its not ACA 2010... these were done with ACA 2009
they're not the best, but useful for presenting ideas fairly quickly.

that is just one of the standard grass material patterns from ACA 2009
