I've downloaded Arch as part of Factory design suite, it looked ok until I clicked on wall or door when the command was recognised but nothing happened at the cursor. Unable to correct it I reinstalled via control panel and now it calls itself Architecture 2013 but has Acad interface and workspaces, no architecture features at all. In addition Acad which is part of Mechanical now calls itself Architecture but still loads as Acad, what is happening? Mechanical has remained unchanged.
What profile are you running? ACA can be installed with an AutoCAD profile that then runs "as AutoCAD" (no AEC modules are loaded, so no ACA commands are available).
