windows 7 and xp

I am using AutoCad Architecture 2009 - Standalone. I am saving all of my dwg files to an infrant Nas drive. I recently upgraded two of our 6 computers to windows 7 all others are using XP. Now anytime I save a file on the windows 7 computers it is chnged to read only for the XP computers. I then have to change the security settings to allow access on the XP computers. The other windows 7 computer can access these file with out any problems. Any help in what I can do to prevent this would be appreciated.

What's different between the two Win7 PCs? Are both user log-ins different? Are you accessing the NAS drive differently?

All computers are part of the same workgroup and all access the nas drive with the same user id and password.
