No, that's for a reflected ceiling plan display representation, which
turns off doors, windows, and furniture, and turns on ceiling elements
like fans, grids, and bulkheads.
I can't think of any way to do what you want without mirroring the
geometry, which basically means a whole new drawing set, because
sections, elevations, and details will also often need to be flipped as
well as the plans (or the callouts modified, at least, to indicate that
sections, for example, are taken in the opposite direction).
Or you can just tag every detail with "MIRROR." Not a pretty sight.
What kind of project is this?
I did what you describe for a fast-food restaurant prototype that needed
one version for the U.S. and one for England -- switching the driver's
side of the car switched the location of the drive-up window, which
switched the entire interior arrangement of the restaurant. Or should
have done -- the individual fixtures were not to be mirrored, so after
the whole building was mirrored, each of these was mirrored back about
its centerline, so that plumbing and gas connections, for example, would
be in the right place. This changed other relationships -- sight lines
within the kitchen, location of ventilation hoods -- that required
further tweaks and un-mirrorings.
