how to make a hatch pattern

i have an .dwg file of hatch pattern
any body can tell me how can i use it as hatch?
how to import it as hatch?

You need the definition and that isn't readily available from the dwg where
the hatch resides.
There are some 3rd party progs out there that can work out a patten from
linework.
You could grab a repeatable portion and use the Super Hatch tool from the
express tools.
Or ask the one who sent it to you if that's feasible.
