I am placing a cut line from the tool Palettes in paper space. Ninety nine percent of the time we use it in Model Space but for some things we use it in paper space. The routine works fine except for the fact that when I erase the cut line our title block border that is in paperspace gets deleted with it. I gripped the break mark (cut line), moved it, and found that there are two. One is the break mark because it is on the A-anno-symb layer. The other is now part of the border block. I grip that one and our title block grips with it. I list it and it lists the block name of our title block border. I presume this might be the mask that is part of the routine. I have tried both not having a mask and having a mask but get the same results. How can I fix this so if I erase a cutline it wont delete our border too?
