Wall Style in 2007? overshoot corners?

I'm running adt2007 and was wondering if anyone knows how to get the corners and wall openings around doors and windows to overshoot with a "tick" mark.  I'm tired of adding these manually.  See drawing attached, thanks in advance

I do not remember whether or not 2007 has Visual Styles, and, if so, if you can set an "overhang" value.  You can in 2010, but you can not be in 2D Wireframe, so you would lose fills on wide polylines, etc.  In 2011, 2D Wireframe was overhauled to allow it to work more like the Visual Styles - but I am not certain if "overhang" is available in 2D Wireframe there.

If "overhang" is not an available effect in 2007, then I do not know of any alternative to doing what you are doing now.

Raises an interesting wish list item though, custom blocks for walls.
