Picture a Table with one column and two rows. The upper row is Cell style Header, and in that style the bottom border is set to a heavy line. The lower row is Cell style Description, which has borders set to No borders. So the display style of the shared border has conflicting settings, and the setting for the lower cell seems to win- the table plots with no border between the two cells. I can resolve this by clicking into the upper cell and setting its bottom border to a heavy line, thereby overriding the setting defined in the Cell style. Is that the only way to resolve this- with a Property Override? If so, this weakens the usefulness of Cell styles.
