Right mouse button does not work!!

All of a sudden my right mouse button doesn't work anymore.  I have gone to Options / User Preferences  and made sure all buttons are selected correctly.  My mouse button work in all other applications.  I can change under Options / Profiles and switch to Autocad (from Autocad Architecture) and then the mouse button works correctly but I don't want to work in standard Autocad because there are things in Architecture that I use.  I did not want to reinstall the software but if no one knows what else I can try, this may be my only solution.  Thanks in advance for any input!

so what does it do when you right-click? if you click quickly? if you click slowly?

what recently changed in your ACA setup (you not a profile issue)?

so you still cannot use the right-button if you start a new ACA profile?

Got a recent add-on? or removed one? Decided to "migrate" from another seat, or worse, a previous ACA version recently?
