Right-click menu has missing commands

I am running ACA 2011 with a new workstation using a Solid State Hard Drive.....Commands like "Select Similar" are missing when right clicking after selecting an object or line....I have tried changing the pickfirst setting back and forth and I still have the same problem.

Any suggestions?

Changing a variable setting will not alter a menu item from appearing, never has: which CUI are you running as your primary?
