Ribbon

My ribbon keeps graying out. I can change between tool menus in my ribbon but all tools are not usable. So far my only fix is to open my options dialog bog and refresh my profile. After doing so the tools on the ribbon bar are usable again. This happens once every thirty minutes or so. I'm not sure what I'm doing to get the tools to grey out, or what the interface is going through to disable my ribbon tools. If anyone has this issue solved or can help, id really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Do you have both the ACA and ACAD CUIX files loaded at the same time?

Hi,

I assume the ribbon get inactive, when you used the Mtext.
MText is in the ACA and ACAD menu file and during this command the ribbon is not active. When both menu files are loaded, there is an overlap and the ribbon stays greyed out.
There is a TS available:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=14018608&linkID=9240657

In general the commands you would like to use from ACAD should be transfered into the ACA menu.

Regards,

Barbara
