Revit Cross Grade Price

What is the official price to crossgrade from AutoCAD Architecture 2009 to Revit Architecture 2009.1 Suite? Also my subscription with AutoCAD Architecture expirees on March 28, 2009, if I upgraded to Revit to day when would my subscription be due, March of 2009 or August of 2009 a year after cross grading to Revit?

Good questions that need to be directed at your reseller, not here.

Don
I have just done the cross grade thing here in Australia & it cost, all up with taxes about AU$ 1,800 ; our dollar is worth about 86 US cents. So roughly US$2,000. Of course now the rumour is you will get ACA along with your Revit.

With the Revit suite which included autocad. Now they are throwing in ACA
for free.
You didn't hold out long enough Dermot!
I take it you mean that you traded your ACA for Revit?
Let me know what your experiences are with Revit.

Yes Nathan that,s right, I did not hold out long enough.
But I got sweetened by 3 days of instruction at The Cad Groups training facility in Sydney. It will cost me to get up there & spend 2 night in the big smoke.
But everywhere I go here it's Rabbit Rabbit, Rabbit.
If I was totally sure I could get enogh work on my own I would stick with ACA.
But then it would have been the way to go to cross grade & have both anyway, I suppose when they start giving ACA with it.
One of the guys at college doing the Adv Dip course who has been taken on by the TAFE to teach Revit showed me his Revit "detail" dwgs when I asked him. They were absolutely attrocious. My guess is that he has never learnt to detail in AutoCAD.
