Reflected Ceiling Plan

When using spaces as a boundry for a reflected ceiling, what is the best way to modify the boundry to account for things like soffits above casework?  We are trying to use spaces as the boundry, so that they can be associative, but we also need the ability to adjust the ceiling manually.

Any input would be appreciated.

You will not be able to use associative spaces if you need to use them to create soffits and the rest. Just not gonna work.

We have a set of spaces that we use as 'spaces', and then we have a separate set of spaces that we use as ceiling boundaries, on a different (ceiling) layer. You could do that as well, using the associative spaces as your 'spaces' and have non-associative spaces for the ceiling boundaries.
