REVCLOUD not working in AutoCAD Architecture 2008

I have a user who gets this error when running REVCLOUD.

Command: REVCLOUD

no function definition: INIT_BONUS_ERROR; error: An error has occurred inside

the *error* functionAutoCAD variable setting rejected: "blipmode" nil

Happens with -revcloud as well and even after a restart.
