Publish causes crash.

Everything was working fine until one day...

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0x001c Exception at 60830be3h

Ever since, Autocad crashes every time.  I've even reloaded autocad but that was just a waste of time.  Installed all service packs and still can't seem to figure it out.  Now I have to have other co-worker create DWF's for me.  Very frustrating.  Any suggestions before I reformat the hard-drive and reinstall everything from scratch.

Oh, if I publish in background, it won't crash but the publish fails.  Not sure if this info will help but anything that might help you help me is a shot.

same problem... happens on any large scale publish job (15+ pages) Architecure 2011, 2013
