Productivity Pack for 2010 - Problems

1) It cannot be uninstalled.
2) If corrupted, it cannot be re-installed.
3) Even if most or all of its files are deleted and if all registry entries
are deleted, it maintains it is configured for ACA 2010

I'm not aware of an ACA pack? Is it a beta update?

Yes. See the link Dean posted. It has some nice tools. I wish I had a
cleanup tool so I could reinstall it.

Doug, would you mind seeing if you can perform a repair install of Architecture ?
Or at least do you still have the option ?

The reason I ask is that I an unable to.
I am wondering if the issue is the Productivity/Renovation Pack also.

I did both a repair install to ACA 2010 and a full reinstall and still could
not reapply the productivity pack. Neither did the repair or reinstall fix
the productivity ribbon tab. Once the ribbon was messed up I couldn't get
it back.

Thanks Doug,
You answered my question but I am no closer to answering yours.

I am not able to do a REPAIR Install although you still can, so I do not believe the Productivity Pack had anything to do with my issue.

For your issue, when I look at my ADD or REMOVE Programs via the Control Panel there is a "Productivity for AutoCAD Architecture 2010" listed.
Does that help you at all ?

Doug, I just discovered something else.
When I go to the Control Panel and have the "Show Updates" box checked.

I find that I have Autodesk Architecture Version 2 listed.
This does have a REMOVE button.

But, this may be the Service Pack 1.
