Problem with Text When Upgrade From Cad2006 To Cad2012

I'm Having an issue with text when using drawings created in autocad 2006 in Autocad 2012, as an example :in Cad2006 the text was (+42") now when i open the drawing in 2012 the text is ("42+) and that will screwd up everything if i didn't pay attentipon to the changes !

any idea how to fix that issue ?

What font is the STYLE?

Can you post a partial portion of the CAD file with the problem?
