Print Window Opens Slow in ADT 2012

I'm using ADT 2012 with FactoryCAD added on and I have one file that for whatever reason it's taking anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes for the print window to even open.

It does work after it's opened and I make my window selection but even that takes longer to process.

It's not a large file, it runs about 7.8 meg in size.

I've done the standard audit and purge to see if it would clear something that was causing a conflict but no difference.

This file has x-refs attached but those same files are attached to other files that have no problem opening the print window.

So I'm looking for some suggestions on what I can try or look for that might be causing this conflict.

If your add-on was not loaded does this file's problem go away?
If you unload the XREFs as a test, does this file's issues go away?
If you remove all the XREFs, save and close the file then open it does the problem go away?
If you WBLOCK out the file's content to create a new one, does this new file still have issues?
