Morning,

When you change a viewport to presentation mode the walls change to orange. is it possible to change this colour?

Yes, and in many different ways.  If you never want to see the orange color in any of your drawings, you wil need to make the change in your template drawing.  To make the change, go to the Display Manager/Representation by Object/Wall and change the color of the shrink wrap hatch.   Do the same if you want to change it in a single drawing for all walls.  If you want to change it for a single wall style (an override to the style), edit the wall style and go to the Display tab/Plan Presentation.  You can also change edit a single wall's object display by editing its object display and adding an override.  Again, go to the display tab/plan presentation, and change the color.     And, one caveat.  I wouldn't make a lot of changes to the OOTB settings in the Display Manager without a pretty good understanding of its complexities.
