Plot crash

Hello,

My Autocad Architecture 2014 crashes every time I plot to an HP550 or if I plot to a PDF file.

I am using Windows 8 and a Dell xps 12 g of ram.

Any suggestions?

Hi James,

Crashes with HP printers are usually resolved by updating the printer driver. It's interesting you have the problem on Windows 8 as I would think the driver should be the most current. Is it a Designjet 550 that you have, or a LaserJet? It is a known problem with the Designjet 500 driver not working well with AutoCAD. Have a look at these couple articles:
