Out of memory error

I manage a group of Architects and Engineers and we keep getting fatal errors' (out of memory) and AutoCAD MEP crashes. We are running AMEP 2009 with network licenses. Sometimes AMEP just crashes and other times it saves the open drawing. We have been sending in emails to Autodesk, but need some help.We have run audit on the drawings and are still getting the error.

Our machines are dual Intel Xeon 2.40GHZ CPU's with 4 GB of RAM. Our network is gigabit. OS is Windows XP Pro 32 bit, Network running Windows Server.
