Can anybody tell me what is causing my screen to go like this in 3D mode its works ok in 2D

if i turn off hardware acceleration in acad it works ok using D3D) however turn it on and the screen goes mad. its only just started doing this
my system is
FX 1500 graphics
2gig ram
AM2 4500 AMD athlon 64
Vista 32 bit
