Merging Roof Slabs, Is there a way?

I have a roof that is made out of slabs and was converted to roof slabs to try and fix the strange joint both have given in the design. See Attached.

I tried (or looked) for ways to merge just slabs and couldn't find anything so I converted the slabs to roof slabs and still can't find a way to merge these two slabs that are on the same plane and everything.

Maybe a different approach is necessary.

Any and all help is appreciated also suggestions.

A different approach is necessary. Add vertices and pull the edges to where you wan tthem. Then click on the roof and use the "edges" worksheet from the properties palette to get the correct angles/edges.
