MAP3d installation issue

When we install Map3D (server license) it rollsback and not complete the install. See error message:

Okay, I reconfigure the deployment instllation without the silent install. Everything was going normal until the last installation of language Pack. It cannot find "helphtml folder" (adminImage\x86\en-us\acad\acad\program files\root\...).

This is very frustrating since ACAD seems to project a new product with a lot of issues!!!

any suggetsions, thanks!
