Is anybody actually using the constraints for architecture drawings?

 It seems great but a bit out of the real world. Are you?

Yes.  But only for AutoCAD linework or dynamic blocks and sparingly, like where I've got lots of curves to maintain tangencies.

No, don't use AutoCAD constraints at all. Of course AEC objects auto constrain themselves. Walls associate to one another, doors and windows move with the walls they are anchored to, structural members do fun and annoying things whenever you change a node that another one touches, etc.
